How do I know if my plan covers residential care?
Every plan is unique. When you provide us with your member ID, we contact the insurer directly to confirm what services—such as counseling, room and board, and medical supervision—are included in your specific policy.
What if I don't see my insurance listed?
We are constantly adding new partners. If your provider isn't mentioned here, please call us. We also offer flexible self-pay options and can provide documentation to help you seek out-of-network reimbursement.
Is there a cost for an insurance verification?
No. We provide insurance verification as a free service to all prospective residents and their families to help you make an informed decision about your care.
